沙發(fā)的力學性能試驗主要是試驗沙發(fā)的座面、靠背及扶手的耐久性。試驗時將一定形狀、重量的加載模塊，以規(guī)定的加載形式、頻率，分別對座面、靠背及扶手表面重復加載。這一試驗方法是模擬日常使用情況下，沙發(fā)對長期重復性載荷的承受能力。
本機采用觸摸屏和PLC編程控制?？蓪λ屑虞d頻率，加載力度進行編程控制。
采用合理的調節(jié)結構。
相關參數(shù)：
a）座面加載模塊：50kg直徑200mm沖擊面R341mm
b）背面加載模塊：200mmx100mm
c）扶手加載模塊：直徑50m
d）配 重 塊：70kg，直徑350mm
e）加 載  頻 率：0.33Hz~0.42Hz(20~25次/min)
f）背部加載塊間距：300mm
g）扶手加載角度：45度
輔助設備包括配重砝碼和座面高度測量裝置。
