貯 存： Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

信息詳情： Decorin is a member of the small, leucine rich proteoglycan （SLRP） family along with biglycan. Found in the interterritorial region of cartilage, decorin interacts with collagen and other matrix proteins to regulate the cartilaginous matrix. It has been shown to interact with fibronectin, thrombospondin, C1q, epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR）, and TGF beta. It is believed that decorin also plays a role in the cell cycle of chondrocytes.
