杭州電子科技大學(xué)（Hangzhou Dianzi University），簡(jiǎn)稱“杭電”，是浙江省weiyi 的一所與國防科工委共建的高校，也是國防科工委共建高校中一所信息技術(shù)類高校， 是浙江省人民政府與國防科技工業(yè)局共建的教學(xué)研究型大學(xué)，是浙江省批重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的5所高校之一，入選“111計(jì)劃”、“工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”、“工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃2.0”、“新工科研究與實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目”，具有碩士推免權(quán)并設(shè)有雅思考點(diǎn)。對(duì)口支援衢州學(xué)院。 
學(xué)校前身為創(chuàng)建于1956年的杭州航空工業(yè)財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)校，是較早成立的一所以信息科技（IT）學(xué)科為主導(dǎo)的高等院校，先后隸屬于機(jī)械工業(yè)部、電子工業(yè)部和信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部等中央部委，1980年經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立杭州電子工業(yè)學(xué)院，2004年更名為杭州電子科技大學(xué)。

杭州電子科技大學(xué)在電子技術(shù)方面突出，在我們對(duì)材料越來越重視的前提下，學(xué)校采購了ZJ-3型壓電測(cè)試儀和PZT-JH20/3型高溫真空，空氣，氣氛壓電材料化裝置，同時(shí)還采購了ZKF-1型石英真空封管設(shè)備。此次合作必然會(huì)讓學(xué)校對(duì)壓電材料有更加清楚的認(rèn)識(shí)和重視，對(duì)本科教學(xué)和材料研究帶來大的幫助，相信學(xué)校會(huì)更加進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。Hangzhou Dianzi University, referred to as "Hangzhou University", is the only University in Zhejiang Province that has been jointly established with the National Defense Science, Technology and Industry Commission. The school was formerly known as the Hangzhou Aviation Industry Finance School, which was established in 1956. It was an institution of higher learning led by the information technology(IT) discipline established earlier in China. It was successively affiliated with the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Ministry of Electronic Industry, and the Ministry of Information Industry and other central ministries. In 1980, the State Council approved the establishment of the Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Industry. In 2004, it was renamed Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology.
Hangzhou University of Electronic Technology has outstanding advantages in electronic technology. Under the premise that our country pays more and more attention to materials, the school has purchased the ZJ-3 piezoelectric tester and the PZT-JH20 / 3 high-temperature vacuum, air, atmosphere piezoelectric material polarization device. ZKF-1 type quartz vacuum sealing equipment was also procured. This cooperation will certainly make the school have a clearer understanding and emphasis on piezoelectric materials, which will bring great help to undergraduate teaching and material research.
